Barbara had a gift for making people feel at home. Her house was filled with the scent of home-cooked meals, flickering candlelight, thriving plants, beautiful vintage glass, and Frank Sinatra playing softly in the background. Her laugh was mischievous, completely unforgettable, and she loved her family with a kind of unconditional love that never had to be earned.

Fall was her favorite time of year. She loved watching the leaves slowly begin to change as Halloween approached, just after her birthday. Halloween was her favorite holiday, and every year the witches came out. Thanksgiving and Christmas were just as special. Her home was the place everyone wanted to be—a house filled with good food, laughter, and the people she loved most.

Heirloom Society was created in her honor.
